Komleko cashew cheese


There are no shortcuts to making naturally fermented cheese using only pure natural, nutrient - rich ingredients, without starches, artificial thickeners or additives of any kind. No wonder we have been working on the recipe for quite some time, just as making each individual cheese wheel requires patience. It’s a long way, but the taste makes it all worth it!

Because of the longer making process, the cheese delivery is on Fridays only and you can place your order until Sundays at 5PM the latest.
